Does this integrate with my POS?
No POS integration needed - Weekly Specials is where you plan and publish the specials themselves (recipe, prep, price, run dates), separate from ringing them up. Nothing to sync; you set the price shown on the public page and kitchen sheet directly.
Can I run more than one location?
Today, one BiteByte account manages one storefront and one weekly lineup. If you run multiple locations, contact us - we can set up an additional account so you keep one bill; native multi-location management is on the roadmap, not live yet.
What happens when staff turn over?
Invite a new hire from Team settings. Planning the week (prices, dates, publishing) stays manager-only, so a new cook never needs that access - they just work from the printed kitchen sheet with the recipe and prep directions already attached.
Is a card required for the free trial?
Yes - a card is required up front to start the 14-day trial, and you will not be charged until it ends. Cancel any time before then and you will not be billed.
